A new initiative for investor support in Bulgaria has been launched
15.03.2005

The Bulgarian Investment Information Network (BIIN) was launched on September 28th, 2004 with the financial support of the Economic Growth and Investment project of MSI/USAID, pro bono public relations assistance of D&D Agency, and the logistical support of the InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA).

Concept: BIIN seeks to form a partnership among sources and providers of information and services related to investments in Bulgaria in order to create a transparent internet portal of providers of objective, unbiased and current investment information and quality services with which to assist businesses and investors in making timely and informed investment decisions in Bulgaria.

BIIN commits to growth of the network by periodically admitting qualified organizations to membership.

Visibility: Web site, which gives brief profiles and contact information for each member, the quality standards, international affiliations, links to members’ web-sites and information on the latest investment projects.

The core group is comprised of the Bulgarian International Business Association, AIMS, Borislav Boyanov & Co, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

High investment-led economic growth, good micro and macro economic indicators, as well as positive change in the business climate in Bulgaria led to the development of attractive conditions for investments resulting in their substantial increase in the last three years.

Consequently, stakeholders, including investors, foreign governments and multilateral institutions, increasingly require high quality current information for decision-making, developed in an information product that summarizes the existing information in an optimally accessible and objective way and refers to the necessary sources.

BIIN is aiming at being a virtual guide-book to give directions to investors and offer the necessary providers and sources of high quality information and services.

RSS news readers allow you to view the service you select all together in the same place and, by automatically retrieving updates, stay current with new content soon after it is published.
